“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19
Baptisms for Children under 7 years old. 7 and up have to attend Catechism class.
- Original Birth Certificate
- Parents & Sponsors need to attend a class
- Parents & Sponsors must complete a form in the Office
SPONSORS MUST:
- Catholic
- 16 & older
- Single; Have Confirmation sacrament completed
- If a couple, living together; must be married through Catholic Church
You need to bring proof of such Certificate
